We offer the only Linebacker position-specific instruction to take your play to the next level. Attending one camp to multiple camps will create an incredible, comprehensive experience!The ultimate Linebacker training camp!
Every camp features a full evaluation from game film to our training program that includes instruction plus group physical conditioning and mental conditioning with performance specialists. Not only will you be challenged on the field but also in the classroom. By attending LBU, you are taking the next step to reach your goals on and off the field. Dates are subject to change.

Camp Benefits
- Game Film Evaluation – this is a $300-$1000 value that parents have paid consultants around the country. LBU provides this service as a benefit of the camp fee. Plus we don’t just evaluate it we work in camp to adjust and correct techniques.

- Camps you attend are primarily for QB, receivers, and RB’s. LBU is the ONLY camp that is focused on Linebackers.

Camp Details
Be sure you order your LBU team gear when registering.
- Ages: 12-18 of all ability levels
- Dates: Check the LBU Camps page to see what camps are still available.
- We will also provide video analysis to teach proper technique. Each student spends time with an instructor reviewing technique from each day’s field work. Each student will bring their season game video for evaluations as well to compare to camp film and work on better techniques.
- Train in small groups
- Players participate in structured 1-on-1/2-on-2 Competition
- Weight room gym shorts and shirts
- Running Shoes or Indoor Turf Shoes
- Mouth Guard
Daily Schedule
Actual Schedule will include 3 days of training, film reviews and players with highlight film will be reviewed.
Camp Overview
Friday:
- 4:45 pm – 5:10 pm: Check-in at RISE Indoor Sports Facility / Receive Team LBU Gear
- 5:15 pm – 8:00 pm: Linebacker Skills Training
- 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm: Film Session at Host Hotel (players only)
Saturday:
- 8:00 am – 11:00 am: LBU Skills Training
- 11:10 am – 1:00 pm: Lunch & Film Review (provided by Linebacker University at Host Hotel)
- 1:00 pm – 2:55 pm: Rest
- 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Linebacker Skills Training
- 6:10 pm – 8:00 pm: Dinner & Film Review (provided by Linebacker University at Host Hotel)
Sunday:
- 8:00 am – 11:15 am: LBU Skills Training / Team Pictures
- 11:15 am: Departures
